Ben Foster has filed for divorce from his wife, Laura Prepon. Foster, 44, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakdown in his marriage with the “That ’70s Show” star, also 44, according to court documents viewed by The Post and first obtained by TMZ.

But, on Nov. 12, Prepon’s husband of six years Ben Foster filed for divorce from the actress citing “irreconcilable differences” and that they were “unable to live together successfully as Husband and Wife.” Most notably, Foster declared their date of separation was September 9, 2023 – just two days after Masterson’s sentencing.
