The political temperature in Mumbai soared on Thursday as Prime Minister Narendra Modi took the stage at Shivaji Park in Dadar, delivering a speech that accused the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) of stalling the city’s development during its tenure.

In a fiery rally in Mumbai, PM Modi criticised Uddhav Thackeray's leadership, claiming the Shiv Sena has lost its identity by aligning with Congress. He emphasised the BJP's support for Maharashtra's farmers while portraying the opposition as desperate for power.

Modi also criticized a Congress leader in Jharkhand for promising subsidised cooking gas cylinders to infiltrators, questioning whether such leaders should be given another chance.

With Assembly polls approaching, PM Modi will address a rally in Shivaji Park, Mumbai, which would be joined by top BJP officials.
